The Client Support Agent is responsible for ensuring all Matchbook.com Users have an exceptional betting experience. This is achieved through outstanding Customer service, constant process improvement and constructive product feedback.
Joining Xanadu Operations, the Client Support Agent will work alongside a multidiscipline team that is responsible for all aspects of our Client facing business ranging from website maintenance to key Client account management. Client Support Agent will also work closely with marketing, software development and project management teams.

Xanadu Consultancy was launched in June 2011, with a workforce of 8 people, and currently employs approximately 200 employees in our Cork, London and Toronto offices. Amongst others, we support Matchbook, one of the world’s leading betting exchanges, as a client. We are responsible for the on-going development and support of Matchbook’s high-transactional, high availability, real time systems. Xanadu provides software development, operational support and consultancy services, predominantly to companies in the online gaming sector, but with an ever growing remit. These services include research and development of new software, as well as ongoing maintenance and upgrading of current software and hardware systems.
