The CRM Executive will lead the idea generation, execution and delivery of retention and reactivation communications with customers. The successful candidate will work with the Brand, Design, Social Media and Technical teams to deliver engaging campaigns on time.

 
The role:

  • Manage retention and reactivation campaigns from idea generation to execution and reporting. Campaigns will generally consist of email, app pushes, SMS and landing pages.
  • Drive A/B testing to ensure our communications are always focused on what works best and why.
  • Document the cause and effect from all test and learn campaigns.
  • Be the owner of the Marketing administrations systems where we generate our emails, banners and landing pages.
  • Work with the Brand and Design team to create our Marketing collateral.
  • Working with our social media team to generate content for our campaigns.
  • Generate weekly reports to guide our customer targeting.
  • Lead key CRM/Branding projects such as Educating customers on the Matchbook platform and other site wide campaigns such as Cash Races etc.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in email marketing is a necessity.
  • Ability to deliver in a pressurized environment.
  • Ability to quickly understand administration systems such as Salesforce. (No previous experience is necessary but an ability to learn quickly is a plus).
  • Ability to focus on the pertinent trends from large quantities of customer data.
  • Ability to work well with others and manage projects from development to delivery in a timely fashion.
  • A good interest in and knowledge of digital marketing trends, branding, retention marketing and digital marketing in general is useful.
  • An interest in sports and knowledge of the sporting calendar will be hugely important.
  • A knowledge of the gambling industry, in particular sports betting, will be useful.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • 2 – 4 years experience in digital marketing, executing email and onsite test and learn campaigns and reporting on those campaigns.
