Senior Casino Marketing Executive

Reporting to the casino manager, this multi-functional role will have responsibility for the ongoing management and evaluation of daily CRM and cross sell activities across a variety of channels. Projects will include tactical promotional campaigns, lifecycle email journeys, new gam/product launches and promotional newsletters.

Main duties and responsibilities:  

  • To own, plan and execute the retention, reactivation and cross sell strategies for the casino, covering all customer segments.
  • Detailed end to end planning and execution of campaigns. This includes campaign and creative briefing, defining customer segments and then reporting on and evaluating results.
  • Implement and optimize a test and learn strategy across all marketing channels to determine best practice for different campaigns & customer segments.
  • Constantly evaluate the campaigns you are running in order to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Employ strategies to cross-sell efficiently, between exchange and other verticals, to maximize player lifetime value
  • Focus on player profitability and implementation of this metric across all bonus related decision making.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to Casino Manager on necessary KPI’s.
  • Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall monthly and quarterly targets
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Casino products, offers and player base.
  • Manage game positioning, site content and overall promotions visibility across mobile and desktop
  • Ensure all communications meet quality standards and adhere to the latest regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with the central marketing team by working closely with the Exchange marketing team on key events and campaigns.
  • Ensure a high level of social responsibility across all customer touch points

Desirable criteria:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a casino marketing role
  • Have knowledge in products including: table games, slots, poker and live dealer games
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct a thorough analysis of the ROI results
  • Experience of interpreting data learnings into insightful campaign execution
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
