Casino Acquisition Manager

You will work with the team to identify new affiliate partners, manage existing affiliate partners and acquire players for Matchbook through other various acquisition channels such as social, SEO and PPC. The role requires solid experience of the affiliate market. This is a great opportunity for an experienced casino marketer to join the team as we focus on increasing acquisition in 2018 and 2019.

Main duties and responsibilities:  

  • Generate new affiliate partnerships and create long-term client relationships
  • Correspond regularly with Affiliates via all communication channels to maintain and optimize relationships
  • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all existing partners
  • Monitor performance of affiliates, such as source of traffic, the quality of their players and the revenues they are generating to increase ROI and reach KPIs
  • Ensuring maximum ROI from the affiliate budget
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Casino products, offers and player base.
  • Initiate and deliver innovative and tactical campaigns
  • Monitoring competitors’ activity and reporting findings through regular updates
  • Work closely with the rest of the casino team and external stakeholders to ensure the most valuable customers are receiving outstanding communications, offers and treatment.
  • Ensure alignment with the central marketing team by working closely with the brand manager on key events and campaigns.
  • Constantly evaluate the deals you are running in order to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Provide reporting to Casino Manager on necessary KPI’s and assist with the evaluation thereof.
  • Attend industry events

Desirable criteria:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a casino marketing role
  • Experience in the UK online casino affiliate market
  • Proven track record of managing affiliate programmes
  • Have knowledge in products including: table games, slots, poker and side games
  • Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), Revenue Share, CPC (Cost-Per-Click) and CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) payment models
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct a thorough analysis of the ROI results
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
