Casino Manager
The function of the Casino Manager is to be responsible for all operational and commercial aspects of the Casino and Live Casino and will be a key member of the management team, reporting to the COO.
What will I be doing?
Product:
• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Casino and Live Casino in line with company goals and then execute on the delivery working with the product and development teams.
• Continually develop and own the casino roadmap, including prioritization and negotiation of release time frames with product and development teams
• Liaise with our 3rd party casino software suppliers to resolve issues and drive development. Share relevant information with the product and marketing teams.
• Work with UX, developers and product owners for optimisation of the casino lobby and other key casino related elements of the sites.
• Assist with regulatory requirements and work with legal and compliance to ensure casino product remains compliant within all key jurisdictions.
• Collect and generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products, collating requests from both internal and external requestors, as well as users and the Casino community
• Help to project manage new integrations and new product feature launches.
Marketing:
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy and roadmap that maximizes Casino player acquisition, retention and profitability through effective marketing campaigns and techniques
• Manage and work with a team of casino marketers made up of acquisition, CRM and VIP to execute the casino marketing strategy.
• Assist the team in building a promotional schedule which supports the business strategy.
• Ensure alignment with the sports marketing team by working closely with CMO on key events and campaigns.
• Work in collaboration with Business Intelligence to design bespoke customer compensation activities, outside of the usual promotional activities to maximize customer loyalty and value
Commercial and Reporting:
• Own the casino P&L and report on all aspects of the casino performance to senior management.
• Report to senior management on a regular basis (including detailed reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly results, specific vertical analysis, comparing results to forecasts / P&L’s etc.)
• Responsible for revenue and cost forecasting and budgeting for casino and live casino
• Responsible for games performance analysis and optimization.
• Define, manage and achieve all Casino product KPIs as well as optimising and reporting on all promotional performance.
• Review and negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers
• Manage the relationship with 3rd party suppliers by attending events and setting regular meetings
Operations:
• Develop a key understanding all aspects of the Casino platform, including system configuration, reporting functions and bonus/promotion types
• Ensure all aspects of the casino product are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by working with the production support team.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team, dealing with escalations and gathering relevant player feedback
• Ensure all product and processes are up to the date and in line with the latest responsible gambling guidelines outlined by the various regulators.
• Work with marketing team and 3rd party suppliers to ensure timely game launches
What are we looking for?
• The candidate should have a thorough understanding of casino products, offers and player base.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively within a busy online casino and betting industry and also influence key stakeholders within the business.
• Proven record in growing revenues and controlling costs within the online gaming industry.
• Ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Previous experience in a similar online casino manager role of minimum 3 years
• Strong Online Casino background, with experience of dealing with, various game suppliers, including the commercial and technical aspects.
